Design and execute adult learning experiences to build knowledge, skills, and mindsets of senior leaders on topics such as: management skills, leadership development, board management, human resources, etc. - Leverage UX design principles to create more effective, user-centric tools, resources, and learning experiences. - Facilitate in-person and remote training events, featuring best practices for inclusive, virtual instruction design Enabler of team's strategic direction & impact, including ownership of team operations - Advise senior management on strategy and management issues. - Drive team culture and engagement agenda to achieve excellence. - Define and enhance people’s capabilities through peer coaching and development. Developed and managed the systems, culture, and knowledge of the Organizational Development team to ensure we achieved team goals while supporting a network of 40+ non-profits in establishing and scaling sustainable organizations.
