My What? At the core of my practice are Courage, Curiosity, and Creativity—fuelled by a sense of Aliveness & Awe, and anchored by our inherent worthiness and values. My How? I operate at the intersection of the individual and systems. My current offerings: * Facilitation: Curating "well-held spaces". I facilitate the Dare to Lead™ program for individuals (the 1:1 setting is increasingly popular with leaders) and groups across public and private sectors. * Consulting: Guiding leaders through complexity, systems change, and emergent strategy. I help organizations apply big-picture thinking to navigate uncertainty, moving beyond standard management tactics to adaptive, resilient strategies. * Foundation: My work is grounded in a background of management consulting, strong analytical skills and operational experience. I am expanding my knowledge base as part of the inaugural cohort completing the reimagined MBA at the London Interdisciplinary School (LIS) (2026/2027). This interdisciplinary lens allows me to continuously reimagine how we solve problems in a rapidly evolving world. I operate as a solo-preneur who loves collaborating with other experts in their field. Before that, I held strategy and business management roles at a range of organisations, ranging from management consulting (BCG), academia, large corporates (J&J, SBB), midsize startups (Crucell, PaxVax) to public sector organisations (MRC, SBB). I hold a scientific Ph.D. in malaria virulence research from the University of Edinburgh. I am a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator trained by Dr. Brené Brown in San Antonio, Texas, and one of few practitioners of the German language program. **** I am an eclectic user of LinkedIn - at times I enjoy adding my thoughts or links to latest posts into this space, and at minimum it remains a place where I am happy to hold and expand my business connections, so feel free to get in touch via a message if you want to connect.
