• Managed the daily operations of the Law Firm — including Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Collectors, Accounts Receivable Representatives, Financial Staff, and Clerical Staff — with offices in New Jersey, New York, and Georgia and practicing law in five states. • Managed a staff of over 50 employees. • Served as a key participant in the opening of the Princeton, New Jersey office, as well as, satellite offices in New York and Georgia. • Responsible for Employee Recruiting and Separation. Provided Staff Training and Development • Provided client services and maintained client relationships for businesses, healthcare providers, governmental agencies and financial institutions. Responded to client inquiries and assisted with developing their internal Standard Operating Procedures. Prepared the Law Firm for and participated in all Client Audits. • Excellent client relationship building with new and existing clients. Attended conferences, seminars and client events. • Developed and monitored Standard Operating Procedures, as well as, policies and procedures for the Law Firm. • Analyzed reports to monitor legal workflow and outstanding receivables.
