What if we could get better at navigating this life transition? ✈️ I never imagined starting my career in France. As a business school graduate, my eyes were set on Shanghai. In 2003, with a plane ticket in hand, an apartment found online, and Xing Fu Lu circled in pen on my Lonely Planet map… my expat adventure began. I thought I would stay two or three years. I ended up staying twelve. My career took off, I met my husband, built a family, and later lived in three more countries. 🧭 "An Expatriation is above all a human adventure and it starts with ourself. " Twenty years+ later, I share the lessons from my own path & experiences as a manager, entrepreneur, coach, wife, and mother. I also integrate the stories of my clients and all the people who have crossed my path on this journey. Because despite the diversity of our backgrounds, cultures, and countries, we share the same emotions, aspirations, hopes, doubts, fears, frustrations… I have never met an expat who told me: “it was easy.” And yet, most of us are left to figure it out as we go, with little to no support. The truth is, most of us are under equipped to face the challenges and stress of expatriation. That’s why I created a practical and human-centered approach built on three pillars: L.L.C.
