Previously managed end-to-end permanent Front Office Recruitment for the Asset and Wealth Management, Corporate Banking and Securities and Corporate Finance divisions at Deutsche Bank. This included direct sourcing, vendor management and internal mobility management.

Worked onsite at Deutsche Bank via Randstad Sourceright. Was seconded into a management role, where was responsible for a team of recruiters looking after the Chief Operating Office (COO) division, which included Global Technology and Operations and other similar sub divisions within the COO. My team managed all permanent recruitment for lateral/experienced hires at Director level and below, in London, including the sourcing of candidates either internally or directly and vendor management by working in partnership with our preferred suppliers.
