- Extract relevant data from patient management system to Excel spreadsheets for further statistical analysis at Danny's Place (Adolescence Obesity Management Clinic)
- Asses and deliver dietetic interventions to patients with/underwent bowel cancer, UGI cancer, pancreatic cancer, PMP, colostomy, ileostomy, IBD, IBS, Whipple’s procedure, fracture of femur, and bariatric surgeries in both inpatient and outpatient settings - Attend diabetes clinic for observation and collecting diet history with a focus on carbohydrate and fat - Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve patient-centred care via MDT and paging - Encourage patients to implement dietary and/or lifestyle modifications for quality of life improvement and health outcome optimisation via motivational interview and patient-centred approach - Timely, accurate, legible case note documentation in EPAS
