Led the B2C omni-channel business (top and bottom-line) and customer experience for Canada: Retail Trade (Amazon, Walmart etc.), Nespresso e-commerce (nespresso.ca), Nespresso Boutiques (36 across Canada), Nespresso Customer Care Center. Supported B2B via e-commerce and Customer Care Center. Contributed in more than doubling Nespresso Canada's business in 5 years propelling the market to the Top Nespresso markets globally and to the #1 in-home coffee brand in Canada. Nespresso Canada was awarded #1 in-store customer experience in Québec in 2024, with top rankings in other provinces and in digital (Léger’s 2024 In-Store and Digital WOW study). Managed a team of 10 direct reports and 800+ employees.
