My role - is multi-faceted requiring a close, ongoing overview of numerous con-current projects with a particular focus on project budgetary and financial control and reporting. Constant monitoring of capital expenditure against budgets, alerting Project Managers of likely cost over runs, ensuring compliance for audit purposes and reporting. Administrative responsibilities include internal and external liaison with numerous stakeholders including remote community based Unit Leaders and ensuring compliance with CFA protocols and legislative requirements. Key accomplishments - quickly grasped and customized the CFA SAP system enabling me to produce previously unavailable reports allowing Project Managers to more closely monitor project expenditures. Established firmer processes to manage and monitor project budgetary targets, shortfalls and excess. Gained a reputation for being a supportive and reliable reference point for Project Managers in the field and of being able to operate autonomously.
