• Advised the 45th Projects under NUSSSC like Biathlon, SunNUS, Sports Camp, Inter-Faculty Games and RunNUS on the program, publicity, marketing, logistics components of their project based on past role as Vice President Projects of NUSSSC.
• Designed printed publicity collaterals and online social media posts to promote sporting events that encourages recreational and inclusive sports as part of NUSSSC Management Committee.
Oversee all 5 projects under NUS Students’ Sports Club (NUSSSC) which includes Biathlon, SunNUS, Sports Camp, Inter Faculty Games, RunNUS. Liaise with external organisations to facilitate the smooth planning and execution of the events. Collaborate with other members in the NUSSSC Main Committee to oversee operations by administrative, financial, and logistical support to promote inclusivity in sports.
• Engaged the public through sharing personal experiences and stories to introduce NUSC to public stakeholders including prospective students, their parents and school counsellors. • Conducted tours around NUS College’s residential campus and learning facilities at selected events to inform external stakeholders on NUSC’s program details and facilities.
Guided and supported 2 Chemical Engineering NUSC students on their study and global pathway plans.
• Strengthened the support network for student residing in Cinnamon College, looking after their welfare in partnership with Resident Fellows (RFs) and Residential Students Life Manager (RSLMs). • Planned floor and neighbourhood (3 floors) events along with other Residential Assistants for students to unwind and enrich their residential experience. • Enforced NUS housing policies on residents of Cinnamon College to aid the RFs in crisis prevention.
• Taught the students the basics of Arduino, Electronics (via TinkerCAD), and CAD (via Fusion 360) that allowed them to complete a robot car that is capable of completing allocated tasks. • Assisted the professor in charge in the assessing of the robot’s final run such as the completion of tasks, duration of run, weight of robot etc. • Managed the laser cutting of robotic parts required by the students every tutorial class and guided the students in the design choices of the robots in class and out of class
