With several years’ experience working in an administrative role, my passion for helping people and keen desire to keep learning has helped me to build deep and life-long relationships which have outlived jobs, years, continents and time zones. I focus on always offering quality customer service which ensures that any task I attempt, I will do well because I set high personal standards for myself. I am adaptable and can easily fit in with a small working team or a huge multi-national organisation. Always learning, I completed a Level 4 Certificate course in Project Management and contributed to the success of the Project in terms of Time, Budget, Resourcing and Outcome. My sense of humour, ability to multi-task while still remaining professional and focused at all times has helped me to cope with stressful situations and has made me extremely resilient to change.
