*Assist Property Manager for three locations at US Bank (425 Walnut, Textile and Lunken Facility). Principal contact/liaison for manager with employee needs, space requests, tenants and build-outs within the facilities. Maintain project plans for multiple projects in various stages of development. *Provide assistance for all administrative contracts, scope development, bid collection, contract preparation and correspondence. *Asst. GM with Annual Budget; Forecast; Accrual; Capital and Esc. *Designed Tenant Manual; Contractor Manual *Asst. GM with completion of BOMA 360 Certification of Tower *Complete remodel of four (4) entire floors within the Tower over the last couple of years *Relocated over 500 employees at several locations with remodels within the three properties *Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, customers, vendors, department heads and branch personnel. *Respond to tenant and branch needs, coordinate day-to-day operations of vendors and staff to successfully resolve situations *Negotiate services and monitor performance of contract *Coordinate and manage improvement projects and/or tenant improvements, moves, reconfiguration projects and assist with large capital improvement projects *Monitor sites to ensure compliance with bank rules and regulations, policies and codes *Complete physical inspections on a regular basis to maintain asset at optimum level *Assist in writing bid specifications for projects, RFP's, contracts for services *Maintain compliance of insurance requirements for all vendors
