At Zapier, I work with our planning leads and the executive team to shape our company's operational and strategic planning processes. I work to refine and improve our business planning processes and ensure that teams all around the company are able to effectively use those processes to drive outcomes for the business.
As Vendasta’s Director of Strategy, I am responsible for developing, managing and assisting with the implementation of projects and programs that support Vendasta’s vision and short and long-term growth plans. I am responsible for managing initiatives that drive Partner engagement and growth, and by fostering a culture of cross-functional team collaboration.
