I have over 14 years of payroll management experience. My experience is across FMCG, Banking, Outsourced Environment and Construction. I have worked on payrolls of varying complexity and sizes. Throughout my career I have always challenged processes with a high focus on legislative compliance. I enjoy payroll implementations and automation. Through my leadership I have successfully groomed future payroll managers. In addition to my core payroll experience I have also had the privilege to work in rewards. I am currently applying my knowledge gained through my GRP certification done through World at Work. Although new to me right now I am relishing the opportunity to use my strong analytical skills and business knowledge to reshape the current practices in rewards for AVI. I have over 10 years of payroll management experience on large payrolls I manage the full payroll life cycle. I am responsible for the daily operations with 5 employees subordinates in my reporting structure. I am specialist in Legislative Compliance for all 13 Entities in the Group. I have worked in different sectors such as Construction, Outsourced Payroll Environment, Banking and FMCG. I enjoy a new challenge and I am always looking for process improvement.

Accurately capture information onto Unique payroll. Have knowledge of all relevant rules and regulations that govern the operating processes of African Bank. Administer payrolls for 7 different companies of which, two where weekly payrolls with a total number ± 92 employees. The salary monthly payrolls totaled ± 194 employees. Running simulation payslip and check for correctness against input done. Liaise with each company on any changes to be made and queries resolution.
