I have over 14 years of payroll management experience. My experience is across FMCG, Banking, Outsourced Environment and Construction. I have worked on payrolls of varying complexity and sizes. Throughout my career I have always challenged processes with a high focus on legislative compliance. I enjoy payroll implementations and automation. Through my leadership I have successfully groomed future payroll managers. In addition to my core payroll experience I have also had the privilege to work in rewards. I am currently applying my knowledge gained through my GRP certification done through World at Work. Although new to me right now I am relishing the opportunity to use my strong analytical skills and business knowledge to reshape the current practices in rewards for AVI. My diverse knowledge in these two fields will give you edge in the volatile, ambiguous, complex, agile (VUCA) environment that we are operating in.
