In my role as Group HR Administration Assistant, I took on additional responsibility by leading end-to-end recruitment for approximately 8 months. I managed the full hiring process for head office roles and provided targeted support to the retail network for hard-to-fill locations. This experience played a key role in developing my capability and progression into my current HR Coordinator position.
