In May 2023, I was hired to establish and lead a new data & paid media function, bringing analytics and paid media performance under one roof. Launched JungleIQ - an AI-powered analytics platform that connected content across over 120 owned and client channels, with almost 100% business adoption, that changed how teams measure and optimise performance in real time. In January 2023, I was brought in by BBC Studios to lead a digital analytics team exploring AI targeting solutions, measurement and monetisation across BBC Studios' global IP portfolio - including Bluey, Top Gear and Doctor Who - on YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and Meta. Delivered insights and recommendations that optimised content strategy, engagement and revenue across the multi-platform digital ecosystem. Investigated AI-driven targeting and product innovations to unlock new commercial opportunities for global IP monetisation.
In June 2020, I was hired to set up and lead a new hybrid data & planning team - bringing data (research, insights, data science & engineering), paid media and commercial strategy under one roof. Built and scaled the function to 21 people, embedding data as the default starting point for commercial decisions. Set up + launched Gen Z Panel LADnation, connected via DMP for response-driven creative targeting and insights.
