Working out career options and development goals together with the employee. Recommendations to the leadership team regarding team members' / coachees' promotions and salary raises. Conducting interviews with BA/RE candidates to determine their fit to the company both personally and professionally.
During a variety of events, I presented the benefits of the 4youCard to the target audience (12-26 years). With a team of 2-4 people, I aimed at spreading the company's "fun & fair" attitude by increasing young people's respect for other cultures and other people in general.
I blogged daily for one week from the 4youCard XtremeTour, a competitive but team-oriented outdoor sports event. I collaborated with the Media Team to ensure consistency throughout other media outlets.
