Clinical Social Work student at Boston College with a Mental Health specialty, driven by a commitment to accessible and compassionate mental healthcare. I have experience at McLean Hospital providing group therapy using ACT, CBT, DBT, and MBT therapeutic modalities, and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where I provided alcohol assessments and worked with students individually and in groups. I am also receiving further education in psychoanalysis through my affiliation with the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. I am especially drawn to working with adolescents and adults using psychodynamic and relational approaches to promote insight, peace, and to relieve suffering.
