Worked at maximizing the value of the Point-of-Care testing portfolio in my affiliate while also actively participating in Regional (EMEA-LATAM) squads and international communities to share best practices and make an impact beyond the affiliate level. Focused on driving innovation in different Point-of-Care settings, developing and launching new digital solutions, exploring new business and co-marketing opportunities and successfully leading a cross-functional team dedicated to the Pharmacy Retail strategy.
In my first year as Product Manager in Roche Italy, I have been responsible for the product life cycle management of the Point-of-Care portfolio in Roche Italy. The latter includes Roche and third party solutions which are commercialised both in primary and secondary healthcare institutions. In this role I have: • Ensured excellent product forecasting • Developed and implemented brand new local marketing materials (e.g. B2B product brochures, B2C educational flyers, in-store materials for Pharmacies) and promotional campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn B2B campaigns, geolocal B2C campaigns) in close collaboration with colleagues in Digital Marketing • Designed and developed product trainings and promotional sales aids • Closely collaborated with commercial colleagues to develop competitive arguments, unique selling points, organize customer presentations and events • Assisted in the preparation of tender documentation
• Focus on Skin Cancer, Flu treatments and antibiotics • Provided Key Account Managers with relevant training and promotional material and key messages to help their discussion with our stakeholders • Developed a digital marketing strategy involving e-sales-representatives by preparing an editorial plan to be executed liasing with an external provider • Co-led an International community with the purpose of upskilling colleagues around the globe working in Established Products around Digital topics
• Cost-effectiveness analysis of Pathogen Inactivation in buffy coats platelet concentrates in Italy. • Collected data at the Friuli Venezia Giulia Regional Blood Centre and actively participated to the development of the CEA model.
• Supported different administrative procedures and took care of the requests of national and international students willing to study in Emilia-Romagna Region
