- managing a portfolio of multinationals in the FMCG sectors, understanding their data needs and proposing appropriate solutions. - Business development: identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and concluding strategic contracts. - Consulting & customer support: advising customers on how to use data to optimise their strategic decisions (marketing, sales, innovation, etc.). - Internal coordination: working with the technical, data science and marketing teams to ensure that solutions are properly delivered and customised.
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy for each brand in line with Henkel's objectives. - Negotiate annual commercial agreements, including pricing conditions, promotions and in-store visibility. - Ensure optimal P&L management, ensuring the profitability of the accounts managed. - Analysing the performance of the banners and identifying growth opportunities in terms of distribution, assortment and sales volume. - Builds and maintains solid relationships with chain buyers and decision-makers. - Regular monitoring and performance reviews to maximise business opportunities. - Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure effective alignment and execution of sales strategies. - Monitoring performance indicators (sales, market share, margins) and proposing corrective action where necessary. - Ensure accurate reporting of results and forecasts to Henkel management. - Analysing market and competitive trends to adapt strategy accordingly.
