While being representative I had an occasion to work with the Clients directly, managing airport service, transfers and later-on support during the whole holiday. As a first point contact between Client and travel agency I had to deal with urgent situations, conflicts and complaints. My role was also to present the offer of facultative trips and gain selling KPI's.
As the part of the organization I took part in the internship offers acquisition process, including research, cold-calling and cold-mailing. As a member of the Incoming&Outoing Group, I was responsible for the exchange process in the organization. For outgoing students, we organized trainings and workshops about the process and support students during whole application, including handling documentation, contacting the university, interview preparations. For incoming students, we organized logistics of their arrival, accommodation, work and served as the first point contact in case of any questions or problems.
IAESTE Central European Meeting is a weekend break for all incoming students in Europe. I recruited amond the organization and managed an 8 member team with which we planned the event for more than 100 hundred students from all around the world. I was fully responsible for creating an event plan and financials. I support and motivate my team to handle promotion&marketing, logistics and weekend attractions.

I tour guided trips to Greece, my role was to ensure a smooth transfer, especially managing border controls. My role was to ensure we are within the scheduled time and we are stick to the program. I was the first point of contact with the Client, responsible to resolve all conflict situations that might have a negative impact on travel agency image.
