Supporting and advising the business on our People Policies. Keeping up to date with any legislation changes that may affect the business and our policies. Working with our Occupational Health provider and Safeguarding provider on their services, processes and contracts with Asda.
I was part of the future programme that was a business wide project to move Asda from one set of systems to another. I designed our new policies to simplify them and make them fit for purpose for the ways of working. I project managed the team who were writing them to hit key deadlines throughout the project. I supported: - Designing ER processes within the new systems to keep us legal and within best practice. - I was the SME for Safeguarding checks and the design of them with our new provider. - Supported our consultants and key stakeholders to design and review our new employment contracts and offer letters, making sure we were compliant.
