Managed the day to day operations of a Travelex Service Centre inside the Bank of Qld head office overseeing the distribution of Foreign Currency, Traveller's Cheques and Cash Passports to a network of 280+ Bank of Queensland branches nationwide and also dealt with all inbound foreign currency and inquiries from BOQ staff members.
