I am an experienced graphic designer, dedicated to producing high-quality designs across a wide variety of media, both digital and in print. I am continuously updating my skillset, and I have experience working both solo and as part of a team to create functional and engaging designs. I was the in-house graphic designer for Fast Track Impact Ltd for 10 years, designing graphics, figures, infographics, etc for use across training resources, blogs, publications and other digital media. I've also designed several books from cover-to-cover, creating both digital files for e-reading and print-ready files for the hardcopy versions. I'm passionate about creating designs that are attractive AND functional - particularly with interactive designs such as websites, interactive training resources etc, giving viewers/users smooth, seamless user experiences. I'm also efficient and innovative, finding solutions to problems with design-related and practical - this has been especially useful when I'm designed complex assets that my non-designer clients need to be able to work with afterwards e.g. websites on WIX that they can edit and update afterwards without my help, animated PowerPoints that that can present easily, etc Ultimately, I care about creating designs that fulfil my client's/employers brief and help them to make the impact they're looking for.
Creation and maintenance Joyce’s website, graphics and training slides, documentation and promotional items - This is a volunteer role, I selected 'Part-time' as the employment type as it's the closest equivalent
Creating posters and flyers for events and design and maintenance of a website for my church's church, and some other clients over the years. This was technically freelance, but it wasn't a consistent role - rather a series of one-off projects.
