I am passionate about empowering young people and creating opportunities that help them thrive. With over a decade of experience in the youth and community sector, I have led programmes that foster inclusion, creativity, and growth. My not-for-profit journey began in 2009 as a dance teacher, teaching a small group of children with Down syndrome. This grew into emotion21 (now Inclusion Foundation), where I took on roles from Artistic Director to Program Manager, leading international collaborations and launching innovative initiatives. Now, as Operations Director at Kāhu Youth Trust, I bring leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to strengthening youth services.
