I fell into event marketing through art school. I noticed that people kept showing up to openings not just for the art, but for each other. The gathering was the thing. That was more interesting to me than any medium on a wall. I've spent my career since then building around that idea. From producing my own events to working on some of the largest brand experiences in the country to now joining the Field Marketing and Community team at Braintrust. The topics change, the audiences change, the tools change. People will always want to gather. And shared experiences will always build the strongest communities.
