Over the last 7 years I have worked on building my career in the customer service and clerical fields during my tenure as a Manager at Great Clips. Tasks and duties I perform in this capacity require my diligence in oral and written communication, effective training and management, as well as an exceptional knowledge of office organization and record keeping. Communication, both written and oral, are key in my day-to-day duties to effectively provide key support to my colleagues and customers.
