Most of my work sits in the space between strong ideas and what actually happens next. In practice, that often means stepping into situations where ambition is clear but the path forward is messy. Different stakeholders, institutional constraints, political realities. I tend to work in that middle layer, helping shape the structure around an idea so it can move from intention to coordinated action. I am drawn to environments where complexity is taken seriously, where clarity is built rather than assumed, and where progress depends on people working together across boundaries. Always open to thoughtful conversations along the way. 🙂
I keep complex projects from unraveling. At Wipro, I steer multi-team initiatives, align stakeholders and ensure strategies don’t just sit on slides — they land, evolve and deliver results. I map dependencies, manage timelines and connect ideas to action, turning ambitious plans into tangible outcomes. Think of it as orchestrating order from chaos — with a clear focus on impact.
I joined JESTER as the second employee in McKinsey’s attempt to create a creative, experimental consulting outlet — a space where data, strategy and ingenuity collided. In this fast-moving, uncertain environment, I helped senior executives navigate complex challenges across energy, mobility and finance. My work combined rigorous analysis with creative problem-solving: translating dense data into actionable insights, uncovering patterns others missed and crafting strategies that inspired sustainable change.
I helped envision a Smart City framework, facilitating collaboration between city officials, NGOs and businesses. My role was to connect abstract urban concepts with practical, actionable strategies, ensuring ideas didn’t just exist on paper but sparked conversation, co-creation and tangible outcomes for citizens.
