I have led programmes across financial services and healthcare, from strategy through to delivery, for organisations including Swiss Life, PwC, and IBM, across Europe, North America, and Asia. What that looks like in practice: - leading teams of 30+, - owning budgets above CHF 4M - navigating regulatory complexity, and - building the organisational capability that outlasts the project. I hold a doctorate in business informatics (Freie Universität Berlin, research stay Harvard) and am a recipient of the Claudio Ciborra Award (ECIS 2019).
