Managed and trained staff of up to 10 lifeguards and swim instructors at a time at aquatic facilities across Toronto. • On site supervisor responsible for operation of 2 story facility with 50-meter pool, small kid pool, 2 waterslides, hot tub, sauna, and multi-purpose rooms. • Curated positive relationships with patrons by responding to complaints in a calm and helpful manner. • Communicated information between full time supervisors and part time staff.
Teaches swimming fundamentals to students ages 2-63, prepared lesson plans and evaluated skills.
Works as a lifeguard to ensure a safe aquatic environment for participants through supervision, accident prevention, rescue skills, public education, and public relations.
