• Manage the Swiss HR Payroll process • Support the administration of benefit programs • Manage external partners (payroll provider, insurance & pension provider, etc.) and consult with Swiss authorities • Active participation in annual bonus cycle and prepare bonus letters accordingly • HR advisor on compensation and benefits and Swiss labor law topics • Action statutory reporting requirements (e.g. Audits, Social Security Authorities, Immigration Office) • Manage HR administration and operations processes • Active collaboration and alignment with Group HR and contribute to HR strategies and policies • Process core data and ensure accuracy in MET eHRM system • Be a point of contact for employees for all questions related to tax at source, compensation & benefits , HR admin topics • Contribute to and drive HR projects including HR process improvement and efficiency
