Role Description: - Create & manage full time employee on-boarding (scheduling, physical desk set up, check-ins, etc.) - Assist with recruiting (sourcing, resume review, initial phone screens & scheduling); doubling company size from 13 to 45+ employees (full-time & contractors) - Create, implement, & facilitate culture programs, tenure recognition, team outings - Manage monthly company culture pulse survey: recognize trends, give recommendations to leadership, continuously improved eNPS score quarterly - Create the first, living employee handbook utilizing Confluence - Manage all office operations (mail, office/kitchen supplies, maintenance, storage, etc.), maintain/foster relationships with landlord & other internal/external facility management, & negotiate third party service contracts - Plan & execute internal & external office events to promote office culture, team engagement, & learning - Own day to day operations & improve office space/functionality by implementing environmental & procedural changes - Address employee questions regarding office management & HR issues, policies & procedures - Project manage an office move from start to finish with 200K+ budget - Assisted in transition to remote work during pandemic - Ad hoc projects: review office renovation/redesign, voice over acting, commercial acting, prop design, temporary onsite retail (multiple locations) sales agent/promoter
