Product and operations leader with 7+ years building and scaling complex software platforms — across fintech, consumer technology, and mobility. At Meta, I drove product quality improvements for Facebook Marketplace (1B+ MAU), translating large-scale user feedback into roadmap changes that improved user experience and engagement. At Goldman Sachs, I supported the 0→1 launch of the firm’s first transaction banking and payments platform, partnering with engineering and enterprise clients to launch and iterate on a new platform. Currently completing my MBA at Harvard Business School, where I’ve built and iterated AI-powered prototypes for a climate finance startup.

Drove product quality strategy for Facebook Marketplace (1B+ MAU), identifying and prioritizing buyer and seller friction points using large-scale feedback signals. Led cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and UX to ship improvements that reduced user pain, improved triage systems, and strengthened launch readiness.
Early member of Goldman Sachs’ transaction banking org (joining 2019 pre-launch), helping build and launch digital cash management and payments infrastructure from inception. Operated across product, engineering, and client teams to define requirements, strengthen testing processes, and scale enterprise integrations. Led end-to-end implementation of complex Transaction Banking solutions for both strategic partnerships (e.g. G-Treasury) as well as individual corporate clients, increasing payment volumes by $X.
