Hi, I’m Anna, a hospitality professional with hands-on experience across hotel operations, including front office, F&B, housekeeping, and guest relations. 1-year work experience consisting of roles in various departments within the Rooms Division: - Accommodations Supervisor: familiarization with the roles of rooms attendants, porters and supervisors in order to carry out housekeeping operations, ensure quality standards and efficient room turnover on a daily basis. Also managing room status and turnover through the Opera PMS. - Front Office Receptionist: daily duty of carrying out all guest operations (check-ins, outs, additional reservations), standard reception duties, as well as communication throughout all hotel departments in order to provide quality guest experience.
