• managing ~500 tickets monthly across 6 European markets (including German-speaking stakeholders) • monitoring workflow, backlog and task prioritization in line with SLA requirements • ensuring 98% data accuracy and supporting data quality standards • supporting operational processes and workflow coordination in GSS environment • cooperating with cross-functional teams (PtP, Procurement, Country Offices)
• supporting 3 Team Managers across 2 operational projects • coordinating workforce planning for 10 field technicians (3–4 weeks ahead) • supporting project tracking activities by monitoring workload, backlog and task progress • coordinating reporting cycles and preparing structured data for weekly status meetings (DE stakeholders) • creating Excel dashboards (backlog, workload, completion rates, operational status) • participating in transition project (Germany → Poland) and maintaining documentation • creating SOPs and ensuring process consistency • preparing meeting minutes and tracking action items
