Wellington, Wellington, New Zealand
I am an experienced policy advisor who has led and contributed to the provision of policy advice, cabinet papers, and regulatory impact analysis in a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast paced environment. In consulting with relevant agencies I have been able to identify how the options being considered impact on a diverse range of communities (e.g. disability, ethnic, and Māori) and how they can be best operationalised to support those most affected by COVID-19, while also supporting the strategic direction set by Ministers. By reflecting the economic and societal benefits I was able to strengthen the analysis of the recommended options, as well as the possible challenges or limitations.
A 10 week fixed term role, to back fill a secondment, supporting the Primary Sector Workforce Team by leading a piece of analysis into the factors impacting upon attraction, retention, and upskilling within the Food and Fibre Sector.
