I am an Education Consultant with a background in secondary education, leadership, and professional learning, passionate about supporting educators and organisations to build positive, high-impact learning environments. I began my career as a Health and Physical Education teacher in regional Queensland and have since taught across rural, remote, and metropolitan schools. Over this time, I developed strong expertise in coaching and mentoring teachers, behaviour management, and delivering evidence-based teaching practices. I now work with Blackley Group Pty Ltd, implementing the Four Dimensions™ framework (developed by Dr Caroline Blackley) across Queensland schools. My work focuses on classroom observation, data-informed reflection, and delivering professional learning that strengthens teacher practice, leadership capability, and whole-school culture. I hold a Master of Education (Educational Leadership) from QUT and have a strong interest in leadership development, facilitation, coaching, and emerging opportunities in AI and education. I am also a passionate advocate for women in leadership, supporting the development of confidence, capability, and connection both personally and professionally. I’m particularly interested in opportunities that create meaningful impact through leadership, learning, and human connection.
