* Carrying out initial risk assessment with potential clients. Complete Care Plan * Responsible for creating and maintaining Person-centred support plans * Assisting with Social Care workers * Liaising with Social Workers, OT, GP, nurses, etc. * Working with coordinators to support and planning of realistic and effective care rotas. * Carrying out on-site observation and evaluation of care workers (spot checks) to ensure quality of care is delivered * Carrying out regular reviews of individual services including repeated and renewed needs and risk assessments. * To cover calls in case of emergencies. * To carry out Coordinating role in case Coordinator is away. To allocate and monitor calls using People Planner, Citrix and Access Care Planning. * Participating in the on-call including weekends on a rota basis
* Domicillary Support Worker * Supporting clients with personal care, meal preparations, handling medication and reporting to office if there are any concerns
* Liaising Customer Service Agents with Escalates calls * Educating and supporting CS agents on how to resolve concerns the next time they will encounter the same issues * Account Supervisor for General Service
* Assisting customers on transferring their balances from other banks * Assisting general queries with regards to balance transfers
* Providing excellent customer service for inbound queries and resolving simple concerns * Assigned and trained to handle credit card accounts * Reaching goals for quality and average handling time on a monthly basis
* Multi-tasking on inbound and outbound calls oncluding follow-ups, closing sales, providing quotes, processing orders, etc. * Supports Marketing Representatives and in-house sales to reach quota monthly and yearly. * Handling key accounts with database and quoting using P2P website for certain clients
