o Sound public affairs experience with capacity to manage complex issues o In depth knowledge of technical issues in audiovisual, IPR, telecom and digital areas o Excellent understanding of the entire legislative process o Very good analytical capacity, ability to see the overall pictures and to identify key players o Large network of contacts o Ability to build compromises o Capacity to deal with a very large number of issues and set priorities o Public interventions in conferences o Management of junior policy advisers o English and French proficiency
Lobbying activities - Identify and monitor key issues for Bouygues Telecom & TF1 - Build-up positions & elaborate lobbying strategies - Answer to public consultations - Meetings with key players in the EU institutions - Participation in ad hoc coalitions - Elaboration of common positions in a wide range of professional associations (GSMA, ECTA, ACT, EGTA) - Participation in a large scope of relevant events (presidency AV conferences, EIF events, digital assemblies…) - Present the Group’s positions through public interventions in conferences Events organization - Organization of MEPs’ and Commission’s officials visits in TF1 & Bouygues Telecom premises - Organization of events in the European Parliament to present TF1 & Bouygues Telecom’s positions Internal management and policy-making - Participation to public affairs meetings in BY TEL & TF1 - Elaboration of common positions between both parts - Management of policy advisers on AV & IPR issues
