I am a recent graduate from the University of Connecticut where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Actuarial Science. I am excited to be returning to New York Life full time this July as an Actuarial Assistant, where I hope to expand my knowledge and network in the field!
-Graded exams for Long Term Actuarial Mathematics(MATH 3630) during the Fall of 2023.
-Created a tool in Excel that allows for capital comparison analysis of Institutional Life products -Assisted in determining risk premium for a BOLI pricing case -Updated workbooks to include a new BOLI product in value of new business calculations
-Supported the Finance/Accounting department in its day-to-day operations -Assisted with statistical analysis, audit requests and other special projects using Excel -Provided support for annual budgeting process
