Some work I'm particularly proud of: - At Moniify, I built three video-first products from discovery to launch in six months, hired a 20+ hybrid product-editorial team, and designed workflow automation handling 10K+ manual handoffs annually. - At Google Developer Media Lab, I ran a multilingual AI dubbing pilot (3x adoption vs. subtitles, ~70% cheaper than human dubbing) and led user research that contributed to doubling our developer audience. - At YouTube, I led hypothesis-driven discovery into creator crowdfunding, teaching myself SQL to map the ecosystem, which later informed YouTube's native fan funding features.
