Stepping into a small corner of a very large pair of shoes... I am helping out the Straight Up Trust, which runs the Rock Solid youth programmes in South Dunedin and Brockville, by continuing the vital fundraising work which was part of the late great Kristin Jack's job.
Manage a busy medical centre in a high-needs area. Invoicing / accounts, payroll, staff management, liaising with PHO, meeting government targets, strategic planning, project managing renovations, basic IT management. Privacy, health & safety and complaints officer. Pandemic management.
Choosing, preparing and teaching repertoire. Helping team members to grow in their own abilities and giftings. Rostering. Singing and playing piano.
Successfully applied for grants, provided casual medical reception cover (including very basic triage), followed up unpaid ACC claims, helped patients fill in forms.
