- Production Support for the Credit Suisse Financials system, which include 24 by 7 batch and application support. - Second level Support for the Credit Suisse HR system, handling investigation of issues and release of bug fixes.
Projects: - PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8 Implementation for a government agency in Taiwan, mainly responsible for development & testing of Workforce Analytics Reports and Customized ESS Pages. - Implementation of PeopleSoft GL (in 6 countries in Asia) for a global insurance company; involved in gathering requirements and setting up of combination rules, consolidation, revaluation and allocation processes, also including creation of different chartfields, trees and queries. Responsible as well for the User’s Training and User Acceptance Test.
