Part of the Talent Ready Team - New Client Implementation Support as of December 2021 - Supporting clients with high volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring the smooth delivery of time sensitive projects across EMEA and the USA - Working in a rapidly changing environment with different clients across different sectors and industries - Creation of sourcing strategies and market insights for niche roles across the globe, using different support and insights functions to find the best available talent and insights in the market (for existing clients and/or bids). Industries include pharmaceuticals/biotechnology, insurance, transportation, IT/technology/cyber security, etc... -Provision and delivery of training to internal KF resources and stakeholders in regards to effective sourcing and sourcing strategy creation. Training participants across the globe, ie. Europe, USA, APAC - Learning & Development: Creation, Implementation and delivery of trainings for KF employees in Europe and the Philippines (both on a regular basis and/or for ad-hoc projects) - Bids and tender writing support - Delivery of a 6 months mentoring program - Supporting an Associate Recruiter based in the Philippines as a mentor. Mentoring, coaching & training delivery in regards to cultural understanding, professional skills required as well as on the job training. - Bilingual Language Support (German/English) - Following industry experts to stay up to date with EVP developments
