As an Engineer I love technical solutions and also the troubleshooting connected to it. Due to that I love challenges both technical and humanitarian I appreciate my new challenge to work with people as a process flow manager in the production at Gnutti Carlo. By working with people in a technical environment I fulfill my need of constant develop as a person both humanitarian and technically.
Manager of a team of 17 coworkers. The team includes both robot programmers and sealing operators.
Coordinated the test in the paint shop for Scanias new cab model and optimized the painting process to fulfill Scanias quality requirements with a team of five coworkers.
As an Industrial Engineer in the topcoat paint shop at Scania I had the responsibility that the painting lines and paint kitchen ran efficiently with the right quality output. To optimize the painting process I worked with continuous improvements with the painting application and also focusing on technical improvements. In addition to improve the painting process I also had a part of the work to implement the introduction colors for Scanias new cab generation. The work with the new cab generation taught me how to optimize the painting process to fulfill the high quality requirements Scania has.
Worked as a manufacturing engineer at Glamox Luxo Lighting AB. As a manufacturing engineer I had several different work tasks. Some of the work tasks were; optimization of processes, design production plant layouts, solve quality issues and implement new products in the production.
