• Actively involved in the preparation of process documents and specifications issued as a part of Basic Engineering design package (BEDP) across blue/green Hydrogen, Ammonia and HydroFlexTM technologies. • Responsibilities included design and preparation of process datasheets of equipments (pumps, separators, heat exchangers and control elements) using inhouse and global calculation tools like GIPS, HTRI, PRO II etc.
Conducted comprehensive evaluation of energy loss in Shell and tube heat exchangers in the feed preheating train of the vacuum distillation unit and provided valuable recommendations which were implemented in the subsequent refinery shutdown resulting in enhanced efficiency and significant reduction in operational expenditure.
Worked on developing a quasi-solid ionic electrolyte for energy storage application using wood cellulose under the guidance of Dr. Feng Jiang.
