My experience in software engineering spaning multiple domains - Finance, Entertainment and Web gives me an unique and unmatched perspective on high level design of software systems. I also bring to the table experience of building highly sophisticated and performance sensitive systems like high frequency trading applications and console video games. Technology for high volume market making desk, trading futures across asset classes and exchanges. Designed and implemented a custom high frequency trading system which includes a sophisticated simulation pipeline. My interests also include SOCs/FPGAs with High Level Synthesis and JIT engines.
Member of Epic Games' Unreal Engine 4 Engineering team - Platforms. Implement features, modify and wrangle in the new UE4 code base for implementing HTML5 as a first class target platform for upcoming UE4 games. Coordinate with Mozilla and provide feedback ( bugs/features ) for their C++ to JavaScript tool chain. Technical / Engine support for various game teams ( Microsoft etc ) under Disbelief umbrella.
*Involved in ground up construction of a complete High Frequency trading system. *Analyze in house systems for algorithmic trading and make them faster.
