Co-curated with Meta Knol, Kitty Zijlmans, Manon Braat and Nicole Roepers, and including George Adeagbo, Brook Andrew, Marjolijn Dijkman, Marc Dion, Meschac Gaba, Simryn Gill, Ghana Think Tank, Roumuald Hazoume, Gorge & Lucy Orta, Raqs Media Collective, Batoul S’Himi, Andrea Stultiens, Tsang Kin Wah, and TinTin Wulia. "Imagined Selves: Photography, Self-fasioning and the Archive", symposium (2014). "Look at Me", exhibition with photo works by Helene Amouzou, Ni Haifeng, Ike Ude, Seydou Keita, Malick Sidibe, James Barnor and 19th century Indonesian photographs from the Tropenmuseum archive (2014-15). "Grand Parade", monumental installation for the Tropenmuseum's Great Hall (2014-15). "Insurgents of the Caribbean", exhibition with photographer Nicola lo Calzo (2014). "Woman to Go", commission to artist Mathilde ter Heijne involving images from the Tropenmuseum’s photo archive (2013). "The Past Is a Foreign Country" commission to photographer Anoek Steketee (2013). "Landings", a series of lectures and workshops around the Tropenmuseum photography archive, co-curated with Natasha Ginwala and Vivian Ziherl (forthcoming 2013). In the framework of this artistic research programme, I work closely with two artists, Pedro Gomez Egana (Bergen National Academy of the Arts/KHIB), and Siri Hermansen (Oslo National Academy of the Arts/KHIO).
Huis & Festival aan de Werf is an annual theatre festival in the city of Utrecht and a residency programme that produces new work by young theatre makers and artists in related disciplines.
