I founded proprty.ai because the way we manage buildings is fundamentally broken. Across Europe buildings are ageing faster than owners can keep up, and billions of value is lost every year because maintenance plans are built on guesswork instead of data. Teams are drowning in manual reports, there is a global shortage of building technical resources, and ESG requirements are growing faster than organisations can adapt. Everyone talks about reducing CO2, yet very few are able to operationalize those ambitions in the real world. I have always believed that real innovation happens when technology and people meet. And that the built environment needs exactly that. If we can train AI on the true patterns of ageing, degradation and cost, then we can finally bridge human intelligence with artificial intelligence and give organisations the ability to make decisions based on evidence rather than assumptions. This is why proprty.ai exists. To remove the guesswork. To turn data into predictive insights. And to give leadership teams the foundation they need to plan smarter investments, reduce unplanned spend and accelerate decarbonisation. Today I lead proprty.ai where we use AI to transform how large real estate owners understand building condition, maintenance and CO2 impact at scale. For me this is about making an impact that truly moves the needle in the built environment. And building technology that helps organisations take control of their buildings, their budgets and their future.
