Key Responsibilities • Function as a single point of contact for HR for a given business unit at a given location (represent Infosys HRD) • Drive and manage employee engagement with the objective of creating positive dynamics of a small company environment. • Implement HR initiatives and manage operational activities and programs across functions for the DU to ensure effectiveness and facilitate the business and HR objectives of the Unit. • Program management of some operational aspects across the Unit towards driving effectiveness. • Partnering with Corporate HR functions for BP-HR Initiatives • Strengthen the HR brand internally. Broad Areas Operational – Employee Engagement, HR Operations & Program Management in the areas of: # Employee Assimilation On-Boarding Process and Induction Programs – Freshers & Laterals Buddy Program Organizational Values initiative coverage Assimilation Processes – cultural and others Feedback & Metrics Capturing # Talent Engagement Communication Framework – events and schedule adherence Employee Query Management and Grievance redressal Employee Events and Engagement Initiatives Rewards & Recognition Program # Performance Management Unit-specific Performance Management Framework and Initiatives Appraisal Cycles & CRR Process (Delivery, Sales & Consulting) Orientation Workshops – Unit Processes, Appraiser, Appraisee and CRR Framework. Conduct the Appraiser workshops. PIP Process # Retention Management Exit Interview Process Attrition Analysis – data collation and periodical reporting Retention Initiatives # HR Metrics & Reporting HR Dashboard & Periodic Reports as required by the Unit Analysis – as required for HR process effectiveness improvements
