Handle full life cycle IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding). Work extensively on job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Linkedin, etc.).. Source, screen, and submit candidates for roles such as: Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Product Managers, Architects, QA, Business Analysts, etc. Negotiate pay rates, extend offers, and close candidates. Coordinate with Account Managers and Delivery leads to understand requirements clearly.
